Cancellation policy

🚫 Order Cancellation Policy –  Vyomii 

At Vyomii, we take pride in processing every order with care and speed to ensure timely delivery. Because each piece is made or prepared with precision, we have a strict cancellation policy in place to maintain the efficiency of our operations and inventory.

❌ Order Cancellation by Customer

We understand that sometimes plans change—but due to the nature of our fast-moving inventory and limited-edition collections, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

• Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them, and only if they have not yet been processed or dispatched.

• No cancellations will be accepted after the order has been confirmed or processed in our system.

• Prepaid orders are non-refundable upon cancellation after the processing window.

If you wish to request a cancellation within the allowable window, please email us immediately at MTPSPGROUP@GMAIL.COM with your order number and cancellation reason. Approval is subject to our discretion.

🚚 Cancellation of Shipped Orders

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Refusal to accept a delivery will result in the package being returned to us, and a return-to-origin charge plus shipping fees will be deducted from any eligible refund (if applicable).

✅ Order Cancellation by Vyomii

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

• Unavailability of product(s)

• Payment issues or verification failure

• Fraudulent or suspicious transaction patterns

• Delivery address falling under non-serviceable or high-risk zones

In such cases, the customer will be notified and the payment (if any) will be refunded in full within 7–10 business days.

⚠️ Non-Compliance

Vyomii reserves the right to reject cancellation or refund requests that do not comply with this policy. Any abuse of the cancellation process may result in future orders being blocked.
